These fee estimates include the surgeon’s fee, the surgery facility, anesthesia (board-certified physician anesthesiologist), supply costs, and implants if used.

Keep in mind that these are estimated costs. The exact quote (and breakdown of all fees) is given at the time of your consultation.

Terms of Payment
Southlake Plastic Surgery accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Financing is available through Capital One Healthcare Financing. We require a nonrefundable $500 deposit in order to book a specific surgery date and time.  All surgeon’s fees are due in full 5 business days prior to surgery.
