Meet the Staff of Southlake Plastic Surgery in TX

Front Desk Coordinator – Kathryn Allison

As front office coordinator, Kathryn is usually the first voice and face our patients experience, and her heartwarming smile and caring attitude is readily apparent to anyone who meets her. Kathryn is a native Texan from San Angelo, enjoying a successful career in the telecommunications industry before joining Southlake Plastic Surgery. She enjoys sewing, shopping and interior decorating and has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority for 25 years, holding several offices and contributing to many charitable organizations.

Patient Care Coordinator – Jensey F. Hale

As patient care coordinator at Southlake Plastic Surgery, Jensey meets all cosmetic patients alongside Dr. Mason. Jensey has been involved in patient care and office administration under an array of physicians with specialties that range from family practice, gynecology and plastic surgery. Jensey joined Southlake Plastic Surgery when it was founded by Dr. Mason several years ago. Jensey enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, shopping and attending Arkansas Razorback football games.

Surgery Coordinator and Insurance Specialist – Pat Shomper

Pat has been on the staff of Southlake Plastic Surgery since it was founded. She schedules cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. Pat works closely with insurance companies to facilitate patient coverage for reconstructive procedures. Pat enjoys assisting patients and has been involved in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery for over 10 years. Pat worked with several physicians before joining Southlake Plastic Surgery. Pat enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children.

OR Nurse – Lindsay Van Meter, RN, BSN

Lindsay is the Operating Room Nurse for Southlake Plastic Surgery. She graduated from Lewisville High School in 2005, and completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. She worked as an RN in the operating room at a cosmetic surgery center in Oklahoma City for a year prior to moving back to Texas in May of 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, consignment shopping, and walking her dog.

Clinic Nurse – Crystal Williams, RN

Crystal is the Clinic Nurse for Southlake Plastic Surgery. She is originally from Houston, but she completed her nursing prerequisites at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She received her LVN from South Plains College and worked for Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock and Covenant Orthopedic Group. She graduated with her RN degree from Covenant School of Nursing. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and their English bulldog as well as shopping, traveling and spending time with friends. Crystal is a huge sports fan and especially enjoys college football.

Certified Surgical Technician – Misty Gilley, CST

Misty is a Certified Surgical Technician who graduated at the top of her class. Misty joined Southlake Plastic Surgery after working for several years at Baylor Grapevine Surgicare Center. She is originally from Cross Plains, Texas and enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her husband and two children. Misty has been in the medical field for nearly a decade, working with many surgeons across the state. In the past, Misty has received the Best in Healthcare award for her outstanding operating room assisting skills. Misty assists Dr. Mason in all of his surgical cases and offers positive, caring support for the patients at Southlake Plastic Surgery.
