Terms of Payment
Southlake Plastic Surgery accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Financing is available through CareCredit. We require a nonrefundable $500 scheduling fee in order to book a specific surgery date and time. All surgeon’s fees are due in full 14 business days prior to surgery.
